You could also land in some very hot water if you make fun of someone's mental health in a workplace but you have no problem doing that in SYG. Maybe we should outlaw everything non-workplace appropriate from SYG.

At any rate, you probably should not be picking fights with the mod team in your predicament.

This shockingly offensive policy isn't a good one. The offense taken to any comment varies from person to person. TheVoiceXtina thinks it shockingly offensive. He was offended by the comment. Why should mods get to tell him that the comment wasn't offensive?

This is actually how the policy came to be. The mods also could not agree on what's too offensive and what isn't, so we decided to introduce a vague term and then decide on a case by case basis.

It's not enough if one person takes offense.

A Beyonce stan said Rihanna looked like a monkey outside of SYG and didn't get warned.
I remember Disturbia said the same in SYG once, and he did receive warning points. There are a lot of moderating inconsistencies on this site.
