Where have you been is the epitome of a PERFECT song made for Radio. and with her star power i thought this would be a sure thing for #1, especially with her promo (SNL, American idol Finale)
Now it's peaking at #3 on Pop radio.. Her fans need to stop over-estimating her skills.
