Well, it is with a very heavy heart that I have to report this...

The Top 40 adds are 100% in and Dark Side didn't even get ONE add. Official time of flop: 6:00 pm EST.

Expect this to hit a brick wall and start it's decline on Pop within the next week. Unless Z100 and the other big stations miraculously put this in Power Rotation.. even though Z100 actually decreased the song's spins by 3 this past week.

I cannot. I need time to mourn poor Dark Side.

I hope beyond hope that I am wrong about this but all signs are pointing to this flopping now. At least Hot AC is supporting it. She should be able to manage Top 10 on that format. Hopefully Top 5 but we'll see.

I'd love for it to be taking it's time but I just don't see how that can be. 12 less stations are spinning the song than just three days ago, we got no more adds today so I think we're bound to see more stations abandoning the song. It's bullet is already on the decline and with no new stations spinning it I don't see how it can rebound. If the big ones like Z100 jump ship, forget it.

Will everyone calm down about Dark Side already? Mr. Know It All moved even more slowly than this, and it was a lead single with massive promotion! We all knew Dark Side would be a sleeper hit, and likewise it's taking its sweet time. Even without promotion it's climbing healthily, so please settle down with all the drama. Give it time.

Im impatient with darkside, its been out for 8weeks in Aus & barely done anything. Aus flopped once again. Mkia still the big hit here

LOL that's so not true. MKIA had straight up +2m update since it release but started to slow down with 1m updates and then just average updates once it hit the top 15. It was the most added on all her main formats and was gaining +100 daily for a long time.

if you want to talk about sleeper hits then you can compare it to already gone but not MKIA who skyrocketed into the top 20.

The once upon a time promo did give it a good push forward that week then they stopped airing it
