and she had 2 sold out dates there in S&S.
But even if all the tickets don't sell, it still might be reported as a sell-out by Billboard. Venues usually release a set amount of tickets, below the maximum capacity, and are constantly adding tickets. They just have to sell the initial amount allocated to be labelled "sold out".
