That should've been a single, I'd bet everybody would buy it. One of her best songs of all time, that and addicted are my favourite non singles,
There isn't any bad songs on breakaway if you asked me. although you found me is also a personal favourite of mine, i dont' think it will do well on radio. it might end up doing similar as walk away since she was the 'it girl' during that era. Addicted or Gone would have done well and continue her streak of top ten hits on the charts tho!
So an ex of mine who I dated for two years and lived with tell he started cheating on me and whatever, texted me saying he has front row tickets to the KC concert this sept and wants to take me with. Free of charge and everything.
I mean I hate him and everything, but its ****ing front row... is it worth it?!
Tbh i dont think you should do it , like i know how you feel about the ex thing i went through something similar
It's been about 8 months and I'm still not over him , and just two weeks ago i deleted everything about him .. number, fb, etc .
Kelly is lacking far too much in artistic growth for me to stan for her. AIEW was good at first but fell to my 3rd least favorite album after time.
Stronger is her only album I haven't purchased and that's because the music is just not doing it for me with the exception of the masterpiece, You Love Me.
I've been stanning a lot for My December lately and that used to be my least favorite album. Now it's my second fav after Breakaway.
so you trying so say that Carrie has more artistic growth than kelly? Cmon, Some Hearts, Carnival Ride and Play On sound almost the same.. Blown away is exceptional because its darker.. I think all Kelly's album sound different and she like to experimental with new stuff such as Country, Dance ect.. Yeah Stronger may not Breakaway but its a solid album.. Millions miles better than most todays album on BB 200.
I think the theme of the album constricted her too much.
Can't agree more, she should've put different theme songs together just like she did on Breakaway. Tell Me A Lie, I Can't Lose, Lost, Call Me should have replace SIFOY, EINSTEIN, HONESTLY, BYOH instead
I think Kelly should release a Duets album between Stronger and her next album. Something she could record somewhat quickly to build of the success of this album and keep her in the spotlight until the next album.
Maybe something like Reba did? She could record with P!nk, Demi, Daughtry, Carrie, Miranda Lambert etc. Maybe redo some of her big hits or something? She could even record some her her biggest covers and throw those in there. Just a thought. Other thoughts?
An even better idea! What about rerecording Stronger as a duet EP? Who would yall want to see on each track? doesn't have to be every track, just a 6-8 song disk.
MKIA ft. Pink (soulful pink is the best pink )
WDKY ft. Nicki Minaj (rap verse, obv)
HONESTLY ft. Evanescence (rerecorded with Evanescence playing the instruments and Amy singing with Kelly.)
SIFOY ft. Daughtry
TWIO ft. Adele
YCW ft. Demi Lovato
BYOH ft. Justin Timbelake

I'd remove One Minute, Don't Waste Your Time, Yeah, How I Feel, and Haunted. I love all the songs except Flop Minute but I think the album didn't need them anyway.
Haunted can gtfo. Judas can gtfo. Can I have A Kiss can gtfo. Don't Waste Your Time can gtfo. Hole can gtfo.
Fading
Bleed for Me
Get Away
Slamming Doors
Love In These Eyes
replace them.

My ideal "Duets" album would feature both her songs and other artists songs. Just off the top of my head:
1. Dark Side feat Demi Lovato
2. The Sun Will Rise feat Carrie Underwood
3. Turning Tables feat Adele
4. Behind These Hazel Eyes (acoustic version) feat Daughtry
5. Beautiful Disaster (similar to BA version but a little more production) feat Pink
6. Whataya want from me feat Adam Lambert
7. Already Gone feat Florence Welch
8. Walk Away feat Miranda Lambert

I will NOT allow Demi to ruin the flawlessness of Dark Side with her mediocre emotive singing abilities. Give my heart a break.

at you giving Adele the feature role on her own damn song
Kelly Clarkson continues to rule the American Idol airplay chart, but there's all sorts of interesting Idol-related stuff going on in the lower range of the radio-format charts this week.
1 1 Kelly Clarkson, Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) (10,838 spins, down from 11,481) (#1 AC, #10 Hot AC)
3 3 Kelly Clarkson, Mr. Know It All (6,194, down from 6,423) (#23 Country)
4 4 Kelly Clarkson, Dark Side (3,700, up from 2,977) (#37 AC, #16 Hot AC, #34 Top 40)
6 7 Jason Aldean/Kelly Clarkson, Don't You Wanna Stay (1,587, up from 1,483)
11 13 Kelly Clarkson, Since U Been Gone (1144)
22 20 Kelly Clarkson, Already Gone (704)
28 34 Kelly Clarkson, Breakaway (643)
31 33 Kelly Clarkson, Because of You (597)
33 24 Kelly Clarkson, Behind These Hazel Eyes (574)
34 30 Kelly Clarkson, Miss Independent (571)
43 43 Kelly Clarkson, My Life Would Suck Without You (357)
44 46 Kelly Clarkson, Walk Away (336)
52 49 Kelly Clarkson, A Moment Like This (232)

I was thinking BOY but that's already been done as a duet. A Kelly/Adele duet would have to be epic. It's not like they can get together and sing breaking your own heart (side-eye at Kelly and Jason on Duets).
