I do think the album is finished, at least Kesha's part of it. If there's anything left, it's probably Dr. Luke who has to continue producing/mastering the tracks for release.

Imagine if her first single was already locked in at all the radio stations ready to go, although if that was the case someone would of leaked it by now

Well still even if they are still working on it, they must know when it is going to be finished by for them to start planning everything which should be happening in the next few weeks i presume, also just because not every song is finished doesnt mean the first single cant be picked as long as all of them have been written and some what recorded

I wouldn't be surprised at all. She probably thinks she's good to keep quiet about the album for another 3 weeks. August honestly seems more likely for the 1st single, but I really really need it to be July.
