Bolded parts aren't true. Also career sales are debatable unless you have up to date receipts for both artists I'd like to see them.

How many shows had Janet done? Let's not forget the amount of shows Britney did during the FFT. She could have grossed the same amount as TCSBS if she had done more shows. Maybe just a couple million less.

The bold points are true. As for sales, Janet is notoriously under certified, so her true sales are a mystery. What's been reported by her label along with estimations places her as the 6th best selling female act of all time.
