They wanna make sure US shows sell out, and those would be going on sale right around in October. Coincidentally, she has a break in October.

It would work out. She'd get bashed for "gimmicks," but when she went platinum in just a few weeks I doubt she'd care about those critics. On top of the holiday season kicking off in November, when she'll be in Europe so she can't promote. It'd work out to have the album out already so radio could do the bulk of the promotion.

That'd mean a single in August or September.

Neither the new album nor the NA tour will have problems selling, so no need for gimmicks like this. Now the perfume is another story. She should put out an album/perfume bundle.

Edit: But you know what, bundling the album with tour tickets would be kind of cool and would ensure high sales. Madonna fans wouldn't be able to come at her because Madonna did it and it didn't even work.

I actually like Poker Face is a better overall song than TEOG. The synth line is just epic, the lyrics drip with sexual innuendo, and the hooks are endless. Yes, it's been played to death but it still sounds incredible. Not to mention the fact that making millions of people unknowingly sing along to "**** her face" is just pure genius.
