yes, I know what you mean. I know a girl who has some kind of disease (something about the her blood circulation) and she has to take pills and that stuff.. and she's not fat at all, but her face and some parts of her body look like they dont fit in her at all.. and that would explain all the times she is going to visit the doctor
before you know it you will be reporting people left right and centre... 
I've changed my mind about it
