In my opinion, Gaga is Gaga. There's nothing I would change about her, including her fashion choices. IMO if you want something conventional with a slightly edgy twist, you end up with somebody like Rihanna who does nothing but take outfits from fashion tables and plop on a weird colored wig and that's what people consider hot... I consider that boring.
I won't lie when I say I purposely tried not to look down at Gaga's shoes because I was afraid I'd burst out laughing, though.
Her outfits in other countries are always really great.
