I agree.
It's Usher. He shouldn't need promotion to sell a decent amount. The sales are shockingly low, it's like if Adele released an album in 2019 and it opened with 130,000. Not saying Usher should be selling 1,000,000 first week every time, but he should be able to manage more than this, even with minimal promo.
I agree Scream is probably the main reason for this. It's the only song from his album that most of the general public have heard (if they've heard anything at all), and they probably assume his whole album is like this, so they won't want to buy it. A lot of those people that bought Confessions might not like Scream-type songs.
Although I enjoy both, I like Confessions more.
