I'm listening to 4 again start to finish. It's just such a good album! I still can't understand how it was only nominated for one Grammy. I haven't heard many people's opinion that it's better than I Am ... Sasha Fierce and yet that one won six! At the least nominate 1 + 1 for vocal performance, or any of the other songs, I Care, I Was Here.
Oh well though. It kind of makes it sweeter to listen to it, knowing that it's such an underrated gem. When people listen to it for the first time, I'm sure they'll be surprised to learn how good it is considered the treatment it received.
But ya, this album is so good. Every song feels like it has a lot of thought in it, and I love that non of the songs really sound alike and yet they all go so well together.
