Yeah, not later than the first two weeks of November, IMO. Besides the competition, if she releases on BF, extremely frontloaded sales (fanbase + BF and then holiday sales) are also a risk.

Think about an era with BTW-ish music, but more focused promo, wiser singles choices, more appealing (and shorter ) videos, better fashion and public image. It would be fine. Music-wise, BTW meets TF(M) would be the best thing.

By my ears I guess:

Electropop, Disco-Pop, A bit of Pop Rock, New Wave, Synthpop, twinges of Urban(Starstruck, etc), General Pop, some Bubblegum Pop, Europop(Eh Eh...), a bit of Funk influence, Soft Rock circa Brown Eyes.

But it was different for 2008 as Electropop wasn't as big as it was then as it is now.

Her albums were never pure pop, one or two songs on TF were, but not the entire album and especially not the singles.

I mean an album release by her has to be followed with some kind of worldwide promotion. She won't be able to do it this time. I don't know how they're gonna handle it, but I'm kind of excited to see their plans.
