That's crossed my mind, but if what Jay's saying is true then that doesn't seem to be the case. Someone @replied him and said I don't think Gaga and Madonna have any love for each other any more and Jay said they're right about that.

Madonna and Lady Gaga were very good friends, until Gaga disrespected M by lying publicly.
M was hurt, upset and ashamed that she let Gaga into her home, invited her to parties and LG did that.
Before this lie was told, Madonna liked BTW and had no issue with it. But Gaga obviously didn't realize that disrespecting Madonna is something you do not do. Gaga apologized, but has shown no remorse for what she did to M after she was so kind, became her friend and gave her the utmost respect as her own artist and gave her advice to what she knew.
This is without going into details, but that is what transpired the events that are on display today.
Madonna is actually not being a bitch or being shady, she's just doing it for pure entertainment and is playing on the fact that people thought she had some issue with the song. The issue came after Gaga publicly lied about it all.

If this is true, then it amazes me how such a big hubbub was started because of some little and pretty much harmless lie. If Madge was indeed such a big friend of Gaga's and she did indeed like the song, then the only lie Gaga told was that her support was sent in an email rather than by whatever other venue it was sent.
I don't support lying. But this situation seems either fishy or ridiculous.

I'm surprised Madonna said something nice today/yesterday but if you actually look at the question she was asked, it was a double-headed negative, and despite what Gaga did, she does still respect Gaga. She was forced to say something nice.
