So, nothing was posted about "Dear John's" sales from that whole John thing?
Sales info for Dear John should be found out sometime this week or whenever the numbers for this week leak. The numbers I got earlier was from the week before the whole Dear John thing.

Naw Big Machine is a very strong label. Honestly I think they had alot to do with its low peak because they wanted to build hype for Speak Now. I think they did the same thing with Eyes Open and if they had power over B.O.B's label they would cause that awful song Both of Us to flop too.
Do any of you guys really buy that BMR pulled the cord for Eyes Open? I mean, I really thought it was a radio flop, not just to make way for BoB.

The statistics point to a major smash. I mean top 15 on spotify. Strong digital sales and it dies in less than a month. Now I don't know how long it could have spent on radio but after all the positive updates to having it stall and than freefall seemed very strange to me. I could be wrong but that is how I feel about it.

Not all strong digital sellers are strong radio songs though, it could've been just hyped by the movie.
I just wanted to hear your thoughts about Taylor Swift's album "Speak Now". Although it has sold more than 4 million copies, its singles somehow didn't manage to outdo singles from "Fearless" in terms of impact, sales and longevity, especially compared to "You Belong With Me" and "Love Story", and even to "Our Song". At least Taylor is already recording a new album.
Do you think Taylor Swift failed with her single choices? Also, could you give a nice treat for the Swifties and update us with the Nielsen SoundScan sales of Taylor's albums and sales update of all Speak Now Tracks?
Just noticed something. Since Taylor said that it takes 2 years to make an album, she began her first one at 14. Which means that one of my favorite albums of all time was made by a 14/15 year old
Only her.
Plus I saw on the MTV interview after the premiere of S&S video that she worked on Fearless when she was 16 and 17... so basically a 16 year old winning the highest Grammy honor
