That's not that soon
This. I mean I don't want a 2 year album gap for now. She's still young. I want a lot of Gaga albums while she's still young then when she's 30 she can do 3 albums for 10 years
TFM-BTW & BTW-the new album were all at least 1.5 years apart, with the single releases not overlapping one another. Loud & Talk That Talk's singles literally overlapped each other at one point.
1.5 years is perfect, anything more than 2 is non-beneficial to an artist's momentum IMO.
She said the album title will be announced in Sep just to remind us the BTW's announcement @ the VMAs. Then a lot would think of a single in Feb and album in May.
But She is GaGa, she never failed to surpise and she never repeats the same thing.
She will do some different things this time. I think she wants to make us upset thinking about the upcoming long wait til next year.
The fact that the title will come this Sep does not mean that new material will be out next year. She can just announce the album's title along with releasing the single a day after just to increase the hype. She can do whatever she wants.
However a few here said the single would come in July is just.. this won't come that soon.
Because:
- The album needs promotion and she can't promo during touring. Therefore its reasonable that the album will be released early next year when the tour is about to finish.
- The single will very likely to be released sometime around Sep/ Oct/ Nov so she can perform it @ the final tour's leg.
Just remember that GaGa doesn't want surpises herself but she always likes to surprise others .. that sounds a bit mean tho.

I'm not saying it WILL come out in July, BUT maybe that month non touring has something to do with the single release
