There were other melee games before but not in the same style Nintendo did it in. Sony is blatantly ripping off of it.

On top of that Nintendo's was a mascot melee fighter. Sony's is the same. It's not just the gameplay but also the fact that Sony is using popular mascots as fighters. That's why people are saying it's a copy. Don't even try to defend this and claim it isn't a rip-off because it is. Sony would've never done this if Nintendo hadn't made it popular with SSB.

Was just about to discuss this. It has an exclusive AC and Bioshock. Along with CoD and Madden. It has barely any games anounced. The sales of the system are already abysmal and Sony didn't do itself any favors this E3.

The big winner of the conference so far is Ubisoft...and its not even close. Sony did a lot better than microsoft, but thats not saying much. I'm really excited as to what Nintendo will be showcasing since they had a pre-conference about the Wii U hardware and are also holding a seperate conference on June 6th for Nintendo 3DS info, meaning a lot more time dedicated towards trailers, game demos, etc. .
