I never liked the Lovegame video much. Actually, I kind of remember my first experience with Gaga being the Poker Face video when I watched it about 2 years ago and I was really impressed, so I clicked the related video, "LoveGame," and when I saw it I was like "Yeesh, how vulgar... well, I guess most artists don't have more than one good song or video. I'll just enjoy Poker Face and ignore the rest of her stuff."

I like TFM and BTW more
TFM is dark edgy while commerical pop
And as a huge metal and rock fan I love the 80's theme of BTW and all the influences

Well, I definitely knew she was big, but at the time that didn't really make a difference to me, although I knew that there was something different about her from other artists.

But what I meant was, "Little did I know, I would become utterly freaking obsessed with her after her 5th single was released."

The only thing I didn't like about the BTW video was the tedious underwear dance that took up such a large portion of the video.

That's the same qualm I have with Marry the Night as well: boring yoga dance taking up a good 1-3 minutes of the video, all in the same stretch, making it boring and not worth sitting through. I usually just skip that part in both the BTW and MTN videos.

She's capable of such good visuals, so I don't know why she insists on putting what's essentially dance rehearsals in her videos.
