Almost positive since it is around the time the single was supposedly supposed to be released which was September. Since the Album is scheduled to be released before 2013, it makes since. Hopefully they decided to push the single closer. she probably cant wait to release the music back in like December she said she was done with the album and didnt want to release it early cause it wasnt polished i follow her updated daily lol

Also if the single is released in August/September that gives the album 2 singles worth of time before the release. Sounds pretty legit to me
