Blackout ended up having a major effect on the albums and musical style that ended the decade, but I think as far as quality it's a bit overrated, but not overrated in terms of impact. Beyoncé's Self-Titled has already seen emulators and only time will tell, but overall I don't think either are overrated
and what ''countless'' decade end lists? i need receipts... And im sure Beyonce will make plenty too.
