At the beginning of her career, this next lady was compared, vocally, to Gwen. Once people heard the extent of her range, the Pink comparisons grew louder and louder. Let's just say she's like the child they never had and call it even?

She was in the top twenty originally. Duca's ballot pushed her out. I wonder who his ballot helped?
One of those four women has a voice that is instantly recognizable to anyone on this planet.
Two of those four women can only be recognized vocally by their loud but very, very, very limited stans. An insult to bring their names into this thread - that's why those who did were warned!
I love Kate Bush, Gwen Stefani and Shakira as singers—not for their voices so much as the unique, interesting things that they do them. They're all very distinctive and exciting performers and recording artists.
Pink actually has a great voice. It's just too bad that she wastes it on shoddy material most of the time.
Lady Gaga excites me more as an artist than a singer. But obviously she was going to be here, so that's that.
Gwen has a very special voice. So does this next woman.
23. Shakira

Imitation is often the sincerest form of flattery; those that mock or impersonate Shakira's signature goat-like growls are often her biggest fans. A globally known tremolo and equally impressive sense of vibrato set her apart, and her unique way with words in two languages always is aided by the passion she brings to the vocal.
For anyone doubts her vocal skills needs to watch her Grammy award winning MTV Unplugged.
