And yeah, I truly don't fear Donald Trump personally. I'm worried about his cabinet + that republican house/senate majority, allowing them to effortlessly **** on poor people. I know a big part of the republican platform is cutting "entitlements" like social security, welfare, lowering wages (they almost ALWAYS oppose raises to the minimum wage, even with inflation  ), etc... Trump will be able to afford those bridges, and there will be a hell of a lot more people living under them Like, I know it's a HORRIBLE thing to say, but I lowkey hope we get into another war or something, something to keep them busy for four years If not, the poor & middle class better brace themselves [/nedstarkwinteriscoming.gif]
Trump appointing conservative SCJs, and them doing away with a woman's right to choose, gay marriage, etc are frightening thoughts as well. The tone-deaf democratic party honestly failed us by allowing this to happen, I blame no one other than them. |
People don't care about civil rights, gay rights and women's rights enough to stand in line and vote for those issues. That's not the DNCs fault. That is the voters fault. The voters think they are picking one person and in reality they are choosing a platform as Donald Trump will soon learn.
