The weird thing is that the BTW Ball would do fine in most non English-speaking countries. It's the English-speaking countries that didn't catch onto BTW as much as they should have. So maybe start a world tour and have the US, Canada, and parts of Europe be the last places she goes and release a new album or EP in the middle of touring?
