a tour doesnt necessarily make an album sell that much but it's lady gaga we're talking about...you have to have some sort of star power and hype (unless you're adele)
its safe to say she will make it...i give it 12-18 more months

Yes, touring helps sell an album. The Monster Ball helped TFM and TF. People go to a concert and if they like it and don't have the person's music, they buy it.
