I wonder how one of those "saint" parents would act if their daughter got raped. I just can't imagine how parents, or more specifically, a dad, can sit aside waiting for justice to "happen" while knowing that a man has raped his own daughter. And it's not like it will go away, it'll stay a scar in her forever.
I hate how everybody acts so innocent about this kind of stuff when it doesn't happen to them. They do because it seems so... easy. It seems so easy to be "forgiving" for them, because they didn't have to go through all the trauma.
They say that two wrongs don't do right, but two negatives do positive.

You summed up exactly how I feel. People are so quick to say, "revenge won't solve anything and murder is no better than rape", but in a situation like that, it doesn't apply. Rihanna was showing strength and bravery when she killed her attacker in the video. Sometimes, especially in the Caribbean and Africa, there is no justice for the victims. They end up being blamed for what happens to them. The justice systems there are ******, and so the only form of justice they end up getting is murdering them.
That is why Rihanna killed him. I'm glad she made the video. I'm glad it had the plot and storyline it had. I see nothing wrong with the video. And, if anything, it has opened my eyes to the evils of the world.
