Well things have changed since then. in 2009 GaGa was doing promo in countries like Sweden,Spain,Italy,Holland and Australia but that was before she was a household name and had the US wrapped around her fingure. These markets are too small for her to being promo nowadays. Just like at Rihanna, all she did for Loud was UK promo, La Garnd Journal in Fance and X-factor italy and a bunch of US promo.

I'm so excited for the Judas video premiering on AI. As someone said, it MUST be short. They will not let a 8-9 minutes video eat all their publicity time. I'm guessing it will be around 5 minutes.

I'm sure it will be epic if they are promoting it that way. BTW and Alejandro were not really hyped

Yet more than 50 % of her sales aren't from the US (I think), which means she has to promote somewhere else. And if they're really aiming for 30M than I guess they have more promo to come.
