FL is crucial in both camps.

If Hillary wins then Trump is almost out of a chance unless he has some real flipping going on.. And Trump needs it to win in most situations.

Further, look to OH, PA, NC, MI and WI in that order. Hillary winning Ohio would be a real sign she has it in the bag. The other states listed (minus NC) trend pretty similarly so if they're all going one way (far more likely to be Clinton based on polling but who knows) then Hillary has held the majority of her 270 firewall needed to snatch a win.

Yup. Almost everyone else votes the same way always. Northeast/West Coast (except Alaska) = Democrat, Deep South = Republican. Middle America is divided.

Out west only CO and NV are swing states to watch.. Though also keep an eye out on Arizona as it's looking like it could be a close race there despite Trump having the upper hand. If he lost that, then things get real rough for him.

The reason the primary surprise happened is because the polls failed to capture the unprecedented millennial turnout and a larger-than-expected black voter share for Bernie Sanders. Some Clinton supporters also thought they had it in the bag and switched registration to stop Trump from getting the nomination.

The latter scenario can't happen this time around, and the first two...I'm going to guess will not help Trump.
