Well then surely you'll be fine as you can argue there isn't a rational basis as said person doesn't know you and has driven half the state to come here

It was all designed to inflame a vocal minority of us who haven't adjusted to the fact that the America where white males brought home the bacon from secure factory jobs — and didn't have to deal with a globe of different ethnic backgrounds — is gone for good.
I think he purposely told his supporters the wrong date so he can add that to the list of reasons and excuses that he lost cause there's no way he doesn't know when election day is.
