I'm in Philadelphia and there are public signs out right now to be poll watchers for the Republican Party "to prevent what we all know will happen"
I'm very scared to vote now actually. Our laws regarding this are so weak. If they want they can pull anyone out of line and not only ask to see your registration but they can ask you for verification that you live where you say you do. And if you can't provide that (what would I even give them?) then I'll need a neighbor to voucher for me. Crazy

So, should some major revelation come out before a new President is sworn in, even if they had won the election, and they are impeached before said sworning in...what exactly happens?.

It has happened to people I knew on 2012 and I was reading up on the laws earlier this year and they haven't changed yet. It should not be legal but as long as they follow certain procedures it's not illegal with our crappy state laws.

And there's a bill in Pennsylvania's Republican-controlled legislature to expand the reach of poll watchers, permitting them to patrol voting sites across the state, not just in their home counties as current law allows. That means if enacted, poll watchers from the middle of the state could stream into Philadelphia (or vice versa), challenging voters and creating havoc.
As the Politico piece notes, a provision in the state election code provides that any poll watcher or other voter in the polling place at the time can challenge the identity or residency of someone showing up to vote.

Northeast Philly. I'm only seeing signs right now but I'm not sure if there will be any poll watchers. I hope not but if they try it near Point Breeze they won't make it out alive
