It's funny to see all these posts like "I needed a pop album and this isn't it!!!!!11111" because after listening to the snippets, I actually came to the realization that this was the album I truly needed, but I never knew that until now. Recently I've been craving more lowkey/chill music though 95% of my faves aren't making that, and I don't have the motivation to search outside my "musical comfort zone", so the fact that Gaga is coming through with an album like this is kinda perfect timing. Before the Bud Light performances I will admit I was significantly nervous about how Joanne would end up, but now I'm sitting here craving it more than ever.

despite "low" sales she still remains one of their top selling artist so yeah.

Have you ever checked Interscope's roster? they have artists that have barely sold anything on their imprint. How would they drop their biggest star? Sure she will sell really poorly this era but they do not care. As long as they can milk some money from her they will keep her. Not to mention the prestige of having Gaga attached to your label / being a part of it. Labels also think about their legacy too you know..It's not just singers who think about that kind of stuff. Having Gaga be a part of your label's history is both an honor and a privilege.

Depending on what you expect, they might just ruin the album for you
