Agreed. I began making changing around 2 months ago and currently lost around 12 kg. I go to the gym like 4 times a week now and also do additional running/walking outside. I am sadly also overweight, partly because I eat when I have stress and partly because of my delayed thyroid. But I am so happy I decided to make those changes. Changing my lifestyle has given me so much more energy already.
I have a really competitive mindset, so I set goals for myself how many weight I want to lose every few weeks and to keep it fun for myself, I do additional exercise aswell like running outside in the park, or go for a 10 km walk through a nearby forest etc.
I still have a long way to go (my goal atm is to lose 40 kg), but I already see results in my mindset, body, health, stamina etc.
