I know I haven't heard the album but I can see it not being appreciated by fans or possibly critics initially. It's going to be hard for listeners who are wanting Gaga's return to mega fierce pop diva to grasp that she is reinventing herself. She's reinvented herself before, and there were complaints, but the status of her career masked the noise.

If the album is well received by critics then the fans will surely hate it unless it ends up being up having a smash hit or nominated for Grammy's, so..

I do think it'll be better than anticipated.

From what I hear from Whiskey, I have a lot of hopes, cuz it means that you can't just listen once to the album and fell in love.

Born This Way was like that, I remember so many dissapointed fans Yet it's her best work - nothing to worry tbh.

I'm listening to this release a lot differently than her previous ones. As soon as it's available, I'll switch off everything and just listen to it from start to finish. I'll also write some notes on a piece of paper instead. I'll read other opinions after that.

Before I'd be listening to Track 4, read my TL and people are praising Track 9, distracting me and wanting me to switch over.

Ahh i remember that. I really expected somewhat~70

But when the reviews roll in and someone dragged her rather than talking about music, i just knew and decided to lower it to 60-65 and overall is around 64. but hayyyy it won Grammy soooo
