It'd likely be no different than Flying Gem bring introduced into Gen 6 and using Flying Gem Dragon Ascent. It's broken anyway.

The most likely scenario would be that Mega Rayquaza will now need a mega stone. You don't have the "fervent wish" capabilities you did from the ORAS meteorite any more, so it'll probably need a mega stone now.
