Meh, license plates aren't really things I'd use to determine whether or not someone was pro or anti choice. And he was only in office for one year in 2007...are those ratings for the state or for him? Because it sounds like the former.
It's both. He got elected on the promise of keeping the those abortion restrictions in place and was pro abstinence education as opposed to sex ed.
This pick accomplishes nothing. He's neutral enough that Hillary's campaign is where she was yesterday, he didn't move her forward or backward. Whether you think that's a good thing or not is up to you.

Don't know an overwhelming amount about Kaine atm, but he seems like a nice guy with a good record. Look forward to learning more about him and his ideology over the next couple weeks.
