But she did let tons of men die to achieve that.
In the end, after all she’s been through, Sansa has lost that Stark nobility, let's not deny it. She’s spent years now with the Lannisters, Baelish, and the Boltons, and its changed her, not necessarily for the better. I believe this is exactly what Ramsay meant when he said that part of him is inside her now.

I don't think her father or even Catelyn would've watched someone get eaten alive and be like: "this is actually fun".

The author's always made a point that Sansa, out of her siblings, has always been different.
She was the only one to be burn with pure Auburn Tully hair, she inherited beauty no Stark woman has, she's always been quieter, more demure, intelligent and sensible.
She was also the only one out of the entire family, besides her mother, to worship the 7 instead of the old Gods.
The way she's survived thus far proves how different she is from all her siblings, they've all had to kill and fight to survive, she's had to use her grace, wits and political name to manuver herself in the literal Lions den.
There's no denying she's become ruthless, it's the whole point of the Game of Thrones she's been learning to play all these years, you win or you die. She told Jon, if we lose I'm not going back alive. She always intended on winning, with or without Jon.
