Yara flirting with Dany was everything.

I really loved that Dany was more impressed by what she said and accepting. That was awesome. It was smart of Yara to connect with Dany on that level.
They understood each other better than probably any other characters on the show in that 1 minute of talking. It was an expertly written segment.

For sheer emotional drama the scene with Davos finding the metal toy deer of Shireen Baratheon was one of the most devastating yet quiet moments the show has done. That was wrenching.

And that shot was beautiful. The orange sun rising in the sky gave that impression of the Shireen pyre still burning.

Here's what I would like to see.
Cersei burns down the Sept. Kevan is in the Red Keep trying to figure out what is going on, sees that it is officially Winter and finds Pycelle murdered and then gets murdered by Varys like in the books. Instead of Varys going on about Aegon, he'll talk about Daenerys being the ruler we need and that Kevan's just in the wrong place at the wrong time (basically just using the text from the book).
Next and final scene is Dany and her crew heading to Westeros.

Well... This was one of the single greatest episode in television history. I mean the fighting and special effects were cool and all, but what was most gripping was the imagery and the way the war was evoked. The claustrophobia of the mass of corpses, the horror of that corpse pile itself, the thirst for survival they all had and the pure viciousness of the battle. I mean this wasn't glorifying combat. This battle showed the absolute and unrelenting horror of war. Pure trash.

The dialogue was on point across the storylines in Mereen and the Battle of the Bastards. The acting, especially from Kit Harrington as he goes almost monsterlike, was absolutely riveting. And of course the ending was pretty much justice p***. God this episode has my nerves on fire.

THIS. It really was so well done.
Ninth episodes ave always served but this, Blackwater and The Wall are the best and among the series' best episodes.

According to the spoilers they wouldn't be actually confirming anything, we would just see Lyanna whisper something into Ned's ear and leave what she said as a cliff-hanger into the next season .

This is it.

She bore witness to the battle plans and she realized it was all based on the foundation that Jon was gonna outsmart Ramsay by laying a trap with the Wildling forces. And Sansa knew better.

The entire point of her conversation with Jon was that she knew they had to outsmart him, and in order for her to do that she had to lay a trap, one that not even Jon knew because including the Vale forces in the battle plans would've changed the whole plan for Jon and the Onion Knight.

And if Ramsay knew the Vale of Arryn was riding for Sansa he would've locked himself up in a siege in Winterfell they could never win. Sansa had to outplay not only Jon but her allies and Little Finger himself, his conversation with her back in Ep3 was intended to indebt him to her.

I don't think Dany will sail to Westeros just yet. Remember that they have to deal with Euron once he comes. And she STILL doesn't have enough ships. Only 100 which as mentioned in the episode is not enough.

The final 15 minutes will be Cersei's final moments. She will use Varys's birds and Qyburn to burn down King's Landing. Starting with the Sept. All of this will happen during the Trials. The High Sparrow, the Tyrells and Tommen will die.

And Jaime will return to KL, once he witnesses what she have done he will try to kill her.

Arya will finally make it Winterfell.

I think that Bran and the Meera Reed will make it to Castle Black and maybe even Winterfell but I don't think that Coldhands/Benjen will be not able to cross the Wall since he's a human/WW hybrid.

But King's Landing will be burnt to the ground and there will be a lot of casualties.

I think that's what will happen since the show is becoming more predictable but I'm probably wrong.

Hmm, I'd lowkey forgotten that Blackwater's Sansa scenes had so much of her listening to other people rather than her talking herself. Her internal monologue in the book scenes are a big part of what makes those chapters so great.

So while she has more screentime in Blackwater, Sansa actually has more dialogue in Battle of the Bastards.
Also has more in Book of the Stranger, and esp The Door.

Supposedly she and Varys will be in Dorne. Will they all join up Team Dany?

The inevitable image of her massive fleet coming up on Westeros with the dragons flying above them is going to be incredible.

When word of what happened in Mereen gets back to Westeros they had all better shape up and realize that the second coming of Aegon is upon them. A true example of people not being able to see the forest for the trees.
