Anyone find the parallels between Sansa and Dany interesting? The story is about the song of Ice (Sansa) and Fire (Dany). Sansa is from the North representing Ice but she has fire red hair, and Dany is from the south representing fire but she has ice white hair. Coincidence?

At the end of the day, she is a Targaryen. They were all mad at some degree. A good queen listens to her advisors, then make her own decisions and that's exactly what Daenerys does. You can't take that away from her. She's no Tommen, she does what she wants and Sansa wishes she was Daenerys. Besides, she would've burned Meereen down if she was truly going nuts. One more thing, let's face it. Sansa's days are numbered. She's not part of the most important characters according to George RR Martin's letter.

I lowkey wish Sansa had formed some kind of friendly relationship with someone who was on Jon's side aside from Jon, since she mainly had 2 meaningful scenes - 1 with Jon, 1 with Ramsay.

In Blackwater she had tons of scenes with interesting interactions - with Tyrion, with The Hound, with Joffrey, with Shae, and esp with Cersei.

I kinda dig them, Jon is vera protective of her, swore to never let anyone hurt her again and he kisses her forehead in the preview and tell her they only have each other.

Dany was never like that, she was a shy and timid girl who obediently followed her brother before meeting Drogo. Had she been in Sansa's place it's more than likely she would've repeated Sansa's mistakes.

Then she was faced with reality and had to adapt and change to live with Dothraki customs and such, thus becoming the Dany now.
