TFM when adjusted sold 38.4M while Britney's highest is 25M. And Gaga sold buttloads of singles as well during her peak, something that Britney didn't.

Why are you pretending like anything is going to change? Faga is over, her total won't be changing much at all so Britney would still be ahead.
The Fame and The Fame Monster together is 38.4M, so split as they should they're below 20M so BOMT and OIDIA bigger, and Britney sold tons singles too
FTBOMBH was her flop and it it outsold some of her peers' hits. I think she got a string of million sellers in Europe too, something that was hard back then. Sorry booboo
