Well hopefully Gary and/or Silvio will. I went back one more time suggesting the Hot 100 recurrency rule should change to 26 weeks so that the chart better matches the genre charts and the longevity in the Top 50. I think those are good and solid reasons for increasing the week total from 20 to 26 weeks. I could've mentioned slow risers like El Perdon, but I only had 140 characters to work with.

Several people retweeted that request. And in my thank you for the reply note, I worked in that I also took the slow rising songs into consideration when asking about the change. So maybe we'll FINALLY get the recurrency rule changed to 26 weeks, since I gave him three strong reasons why doing so would make sense. (I don't want to get too excited though and hold my breath).
