Any best songwriters list without Alanis Morisette is also irrelevant. I don't know if she was included in the list or not but this is a general rule of thumb.

The Fame had cheeky and fun lyrics, her vocals were pleasant and every song was enjoyable
ARTPOP is basically like The Fame but with hideous vocals and lyrics
Born This Way > The Fame Monster > The Fame > ARTPOP
I don't consider any of her album to be bad, though. Like someone aleady said, ARTPOP is terrible for a Gaga album but it's pretty much still better than most pop albums released this decade.
Godga can do better than CHARTDROP, but it's still better than most main pop girls albums in the last 5 years.
I agree. She can do better. But you're right, it's better than anything she's done before and it's the best album of 2013 with Self Titled and Midnight Memories.
