A ringtone is $2.99. Why would it count less than a single sale that could be as little as 2 cents in South Korea

By the way, there are countries that once incorporated them into their single charts, so if you feel like those U.S. sales should be excluded, then you're going to have to exclude single sales from some countries, too.

Not when Beyoncé has all those fake ass "sales" included from her time on FreeZone. I mean, did she and Alicia Keys ever leave that site? The fact that a couple million records of her "sales" were just free downloads yet you come for Britney is just
And "fake" Soundscan numbers? Gurl, this person has been leaking accurate numbers for at least 7 years. Can you prove that they're fake?

They are still official and recognized. The price doesn't matter, especially when streams cost nothing most of the time.
They scream fake because of one detail. Can you prove they're real?

Ringtones cost $1.29, just like songs in the iTunes store, so if someone wants to use them they can. They fit under record sales for a song, and record sales for an arist.

End! Thread!

*Were. They stopped counting in 2013 for Gaon yet a couple of Sony artists got millions of extra sales before then How can you come for Britney when counting free numbers?
This person has been verified for at least 7 years and their full leaks (i.e. digital top 200/album sales top 200) have ALWAYS matched up with other full leaks. Which detail screams fake?

They did? I'll ask them again. And streams, what are they? They're free. (Most of them, anyway.) Anyway, if the IFPI tells me they're not longer official and taken into account, then I'll stop using them. Hopefully, Britney stans will do the same. By the way, why are you guys using them if you think they're not official?
Do you personally know that person? Do you know where he apparently leaked those? If so, take a screenshot.
And I'm sorry, but the fact those "mobile sales" for Britney leaked after this thread was made is a bit suspicious.

There's a reason Billboard don't count ringtones towards the Digital Sales or H100 charts

Yes, for the same reason digital song sales and physical single sales were never combined: Billboard doesn't combine anything.

They counted for Gaon, sis, prior to the 2013 price raise. IFPI includes them just like they include sales from videogame DLC. I could care less if you include those free sales, my point is that you can't really come for us when your fave has free "sales" included in her totals And Britney was never available on FZ. I checked regularly because we used to use it to download singles in their third week so certain K-pop legends like SNSD could get triple crowns
Sis, they're not a member on ATRL. I doubt they saw that thread. I have 22k posts and I didn't see that thread Yes, we know them and they release accurate numbers for every pop girl. We're asked not to release any of that info and I'm sure you can understand why. I won't even use gender pronouns
Besides, don't you think they would've at least given her mobile numbers on-par with Beyonce if they were making up fake numbers in response to that thread? They didn't even bother to give us ringtone numbers for her biggest digital hit S&S and her total was less than half of Bey's

Then, it doesn't matter how much they cost. I'll include them as long as the IFPI recognizes them.
I know they're not an ATRL member. Didn't it come to your mind that they didn't want you guys to say anything about them because what they say is just made up?
Well, considering Bey was #7 on the decade-end chart with many certifications while Britney wasn't on it and only had one certification, I don't think anyone would have taken them seriously.
But still, I don't believe those sales (especially the "mobile sales") are real for a reason, and a good one. That said, it doesn't matter for songs like Hold It Against Me since once you round its sales, you still get 1.6 million.

Then don't come for small numbers when your fave has millions of free sales.
Henny, we've known this person for almost a decade. Not a single one of those numbers is unreliable or even remotely far off from anything Billboard has already confirmed. Can you honestly dispute a single sales number they put out?
So then in what way could it possibly have been a fabrication to compete with a flop ringtone thread on ATRL that this person had no chance of seeing? If they were only "retaliating" to that thread, why did we get her digital track sales for the U.S. and Canada and her album sales and DVD sales for the U.S., too? I'm not following the logic.
Did you just end your post saying you disagree with the numbers but recognize that they match up with the rounded numbers Billboard officially gave us?

950k of "nothing" is a small number? And those Beyoncé sales are still official and real.
Honey, everyone can make up numbers and make sure they match up with BB numbers once you round them. Her digital track sales aren't what matters, anyway, since if you round them, you get accurate totals.
Those "mobile sales" on the other hand... I'm sorry, honey, but they really scream fake to me.
And wow @ you mentioning her digital track sales in Canada. Did you guys get them from the same person?
