To paraphrase, that lyric is essentially saying "even the ripest apple will have seeds" which isn't the same as saying "ripe apples don't have seeds". If you don't understand after this I don't think there's any point trying to explain it to you any further, like

nope she blantantly implies even though she picked the ripest fruit she still got a seed as if the ripness of the fruit would change that. you can't wiggle yourself out of this one
