Charles is an alias. We all know it is CeCe.
My only thing is if CeCe is "Charles" then why would she date her own bother (Jason)

or maybe it was just to get close to the Dilaurentis' it does add up though because her and jason are the same age
but that would make Peter Hastings her father which makes sense since the show mainly focuses on the Hastings and Dilaurentis families.
But let's go with the facts:
CeCe = prom queen of her graduating class (including Melissa, Ian, Garret and Jason) went to UPenn but Ali got her kicked out.
Sara Harvey = went missing in a parking lot in rosewood; held captive in Charles dollhouse.
Bethany Young = in Radley; frequently visited by Jessica Dilaurentis. Presumably the remains buried alive in the Dilaurentis gazebo by Melissa Hastings.
Jason = a result of Jessica Dilaurentis and Peter Hastings affair; presumably has a twin/sibling who is revealed as "Charles"
Andrew Campbell = uncle owns Campbell Farms where video of Jessica Dilarentis with a baby girl and two young boys is taken; is revealed that he is adopted.
Wren = is a doctor; has authority to authorize patient visits in Radley. Romantically involved with Melissa Hastings and Spencer Hastings (and Hanna
