Ok if Charles is DEAD, (at a young age too), who would know him well enough to exact revenge and how would any of the four girls be involved in a young boy's death to warrant revenge?
If Charles is ALIVE, how would Ali or any of the others be involved to deserve revenge? Wouldn't it just be against Mr. and Mrs. D? Unless Charles "went away" and is still alive and somehow grew up with them and they mistreated him?
I'm just not seeing any way this could connect to the torture of this whole town really.
But if Wren is Jason's twin why would he be kissing his sister Spencer and almost marry Melissa in season 1.
And how would Peter Hastings allow all that to happen if he is, I'm guessing, both Charles & Jason's father?

My bet is that Charles is dead, Cece is A and wants revenge hence Black Widow, and Wren is helping her because he's the Beach Hottie obsessed with Ali.
