I found her album for ONE EURO at the store last month. I had to buy it. It's like, perfect, her vocals are fantastic, and Just to Have You is as perfect as Crush.

It all began so innocently for 3LW, these three little women coming together in sisterhood to stand up to dirtbag boys who break their promithes and ignore you when they’re with their friends. Melding acoustic guitar, smooth hip-hop beats and a sweetly self-empowered chorus, this debut single reached the top ten on rhythmic radio and earned them a spot on the all-star TRL tour of summer 2001. Sadly, platinum albums can’t always keep the peace. Who could have known the drama that lay ahead, just around the corner?
Best bit: Keelay Keelay’s iconic rap verse. The original album version is great, but the video rendition clearly trumps for demanding a Kate Spade bag (retail value: $200+) from an eight-grader. Get it, girl!
The music video... features an Oscar-worthy performance from one Kiely Alexis Williams. (Did they only have time for one take or something?)
Well Willa better come through. You know how many bad girl montages or TV spots on erratic celebrity behavior have been kicked off by "I Wanna Be Bad"?

Young female pop stars returning for a second era with a new, sexier image has been a much-discussed theme in this rate, but no one did it quite like Christina Milian. After several years away from music, she burst back onto the scene in the spring of 2004 with quite the statement: an Eastern-influenced R&B banger that’s literally about *****-popping. Being a pre-Internet thinkpiece era, “Dip It Low” was not met with public ****-shaming and public backlash to the public ****-shaming, but rather radio’s embrace and even a Grammy nomination for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (for the Fabolous version). The comeback would prove short-lived, however, and these days, Christina is best known as The-Dream’s baby mama and a social media correspondent on The Voice.
Best bit: “I’ma show you how to make your man say, ‘Oh!’”—this is an aspirational jam for ATRLers if I’ve ever heard one
The music video... looks like the start of a gang bang.
