One of the two things I've never understood about Hollywood is why it is so taboo to say you want to win an Oscar one day. Like.. isn't that every actor/actresses dream (the second being why can't young men win awards, it's only men 45+ that win Academy Awards)?
Not in Grad school. The funding doesn't come from the school but from whichever company is supporting the research project. I can afford UT Austin anyway and it's an excellent university so...
I had no idea you are a high school student You also have SAT/ACT, personal statements, and extracurricular that factor into admissions, and they do make a difference! UCLA is a great university. Also, if you get in and accept, you just might run into Lana there.

These protests had nothing to do with the game. They started a loooong time ago because some people were against the WC. They are all part of an anarchist organization called Black Blocks that only use this excuse to break stuff and fight the police. It's very small and the society is completely against it. There were no "riots" because Brazil lost the WC, that was just stupid internet rumors from clueless foreigners. So yeah, what's your point again?
