According to what I've read, they were waiting for the update to happen.
But it looks like it might not happen that soon so, I believe, no one really knows right now.

I know you can't perform mental evaluations but I don't see how people can be banned and then come back to get banned in less than 72 hrs.

i feel as though anyone that comes back from banland and gets banned again within that timeframe should be permabanned automatically.

This extended trolling is just enable mentally unstable people...and i say that with almost zero boinks to give but I just wanted to say my peace on it...
