Re-release was originally planned for September, but for a while it looked like they'd just release a 2nd album later this year or early next year instead, with the Dr Luke single in November.

Glad its a re-release though, because these new tracks are from the same era and TNC wasn't given a push in the UK - so with some more pop and dance tracks it has potential to do well.

I thought they had given up on the re-release when she tweeted about recording the new ALBUM this Summer, lol. It really might be UK only anyway unless Def Jam goes along with it, hopefully she finally gets to promote it over there though and I think that's the idea since she said it should be coming out around the time of her Shepherds Bush gig in September

No. This album campaign started in the UK over a year ago, they may cover it up in the US with the CYL EP re-release and the whole "she was focusing in the UK at the time" which is true but meanwhile the first place where she signed a major deal, the UK, is only seeing her for the first time in like over half year today.
