I actually think the re-release could work for her after such a short time because of how much traction she gained from her debut. I mean Rihanna only waited like a year for the GGGB re-release, but that's the difference between someone who became a major pop girl and a female rapper trying to make it happen for herself.
Hope she repackages the album, removes the songs that dragged down the original album (so 'Bounce', '**** Love', and 'Just Askin') and then adds 5 new songs. One of them can be the new Charli collab, the other can be the elusive Rihanna collab (Designer Drugs?

) and then one more collab with a big name urban artist like Future or Juicy J.. the other two can be solo tracks, she doesn't have enough of those!
