To me, Brighter has one of the best chorus's on All We Know Is Falling, and for that reason alone should have been higher. However, since I have to give a non biased opinion, I understand why it's rather low. It's not an instant stand out track, and unless you can commit to listening to it over and over again until it grows on you, it's going to continue to appear bland and boring.
